As a dog owner I like the dog with a ‘lampshade collar’ but as it only directs the light upwards it is more fun than practical however http://www.iconiclights.co.uk/giant-george-carwardine-style-angle-floor-lamp.html the giant angle lamp is extremely practical and one of my favourites, the choice of colours is also brilliant, I would chose the duck egg blue :0)
