Welcome to Boo and Maddie, featuring me (Lins), normally out of sight my husband (Pete) and our fur-baby family: five year old Springer Spaniel Maddie and ginger tom Boo. They may just be taking over my Instagram feed every now and then…
We live in leafy SE London and started the blog on moving into our first home together on Valentine’s Day 2014. It sounds romantic but it’s really not as our 4-bed, 1930s semi is in need of a whole lot of love, blood, sweat and tears to restore it to it’s full potential. Join us on our journey as we learn new skills, deliberate over paint colours and make very slow progress.
When we’re not tinkering with the house, he’ll be at the day job and I’m currently taking a bit of time away from the corporate world to fulfil my creative passions full time!
In my spare (!) time, I travel, read, run and cook if the mood takes me. You can find lifestyle posts about all of these and more scattered across the blog.
