A little while ago, I had a brilliant evening decorating biscuits to celebrate the first birthday of stunning sofa company Arlo & Jacob at their amazing showroom. They recently contacted me to see if I’d like to take part in a little feature over on their blog where interiors and lifestyle bloggers showcase their coffee tables, what’s on them and the story behind it all.
I won’t say too much here since the full post is available here but suffice to say it is remarkably difficult to try and take photos of something which is glass-topped without getting a huge reflection or glare straight back. One day we think this table might be relocated to our open-plan seating area in the future extension at the back of the house – it’s a beautiful table that came with Pete from his bachelor days (his words not mine) but does take up an awful lot of space in our living room at the moment.
Anyway, thank you to Arlo and Jacob for giving me a very good reason for having a bit of a clean in amongst kitten mayhem.
I am not being reimbursed or gifted in any way for this post, just a little bit of interiors styling fun.

Thanks so much Geraldine, it’s nice to have a bit of a focal point when everything else is a bit chaotic X
